After you have decided exactly what you want based on the items on our site, simply email us at bellacreativeexpressionsboutique@yahoo.com and we will begin conversing with you to ensure you have the perfect creation, meeting all your wants and needs. After all the details have been established a paypal invoice will be sent to you for check out. You do not have to have paypal to check out.
Those in the local area (will be determined upon email conversation) will not be charged shipping. And, if in the local area, you have the option of paying with cash and/or check if you prefer. Checks must clear before we will begin working on your order.
We always ship USPS Priority and shipping costs will be included in your total price paid. We currently only ship to the United States and/or APO addresses.
